get a tote bag now...
in support towards the environmental status of our future...
everyone should be environmental friendly..
eg: get an environmental friendly bag...
it can be any bag... u can even re-use plastic bags (for many times)
quoted from 988:
"every Malaysian use 1 plastic bag lesser a day,
Malaysia reduce the usage of plastic bags of 26 Million plastic bags a day.
That's what I call it a Malaysia-Book-of-Records which have to be achieve & recorded...
doing my part: I made myself a bag...
- it's folder-able
- it's convenient
- i can bring it everywhere
- i use less plastic bags
- i like my own design
and to share my love... i'm selling them now...
check out my store @ p0ohz production
* no offense, not that u must support my tote bag to support the environment...
u can use any bags/papers... as long as reduce your usage of plastic bags in your daily life... ;)
cheers..

samsung INNOVA8 RUN - part II
rise & shine @ 7:30am - slept 4:00am the day before - went for CK's surprise birthday & ended up yamchar with the rest
I was there just in time for the race
as stated, we were supposed to be there by 9:00am for registration
after i went to register myself, I was given a sticker number.
p0ohz mobile is car number 06.
so I am in team 06
after registration, we were divided into 2 TEAMS
My Team went upstairs to go for briefing for the day
Our marshal was Stella. she's great.
we were brief-ed about the Samsung Innov8 Run & the phone itself...
our manuals was not those usual ones you see in box, but it's almost live size (although black & white) printed on A4 papers.
yes, it was so easy to understand how to use those gadgets...
we need to learn them fast
that's the briefing master
i think he kinda syok sendiri...
it's 9:00am (freaking early for me)
wasn't really concentrating to his talk
it only got excited when I thought he was giving us clues..
mana tahu is cara to understand & solves those clues later
this is Samsung CEO or someone big shot ( i cant remember his name)
he was giving his speech
it's 1.5 pages with double spacing (haha)
if u notice the angle, i was sitting right next to him.. ;)
all of these are bloggers...
i meant participants lar, they selected all bloggers to participants...
then people macam aku akan blog about them... hmmm..the race course was organise by Time Out Solutions.
i would say they are great, or rather more than great...
this would be my hardest ever challenge...
anyway, I have another purpose...
i came here to learn too..
as i've a race to do for Raleigh International KL these are the photographers, a string of them... do notice where the official photographer stands..
yes, right up there... nice spot huhh..
above are my group members, a snap before we headed off... *curied*
a snap of the unit we were given... *curied*
each team is given DUA, one with SIM card & another registered with GPS
yes, this baby have got GPS...
and not just that...
it's camera has have got 8.0 MP
you can blow your snap pic into your wall size poster
after some reseach, there's actually other brands which has got 8.0 MP too...
*i shall not reveal here as they did not sponsor me for a Treasure Hunt not give me a unit of their gadget*
but this model is still the preferred choice...
as you can see, it slips right into your pocket fitly
the keypads slide out below
functions: u can even edit videos directly with it
u can insert audio clips into your edit videos
you will never get lost...
*but you will need to pump in more petrol as using GPS in Malaysia aren't 100% fool proof*
they aren't used to our illegal u-turns & etc.
i went another 1KM more just to get to a round-a-bout to do my u-turn... *=.=;
the GPS software tells you there are speed trap when you are in that area
but do not tell you the current traffic condition - *we need this more*
as we spend hours on the roads coz of traffic... cis..
above is one of the crazy thing we did... while others were scary-ing their butt off to do flying fox...
right after our turn with flying fox, we need to head back to start-point, as we need solve a puzzle..
haha... i took less than 90 secs. *thanks to Petrosains*
oh, back to the floor...
while running back, we notice people upthere snapping pictures of us.. and we saw our marshal, Stella..
Jason says sleep down..
without any Qs, we all did what he said.. haha...
oh, there was a truck on our left... i think he was waiting for us to wake-up ;)
foreign tourist might thought we were gila-gila...
apa Malaysians ini buat ??
indeed it was a long day...
just read the route above !!!
we went to all those places ...
by the time i reached the END POINT !!!
i was too tired out to enjoy dinner.
i think the food was OK kua...
i juz grap whatever they still had on tray & had a serving only.. *it was buffet*
later joined karlye & Kian Foh for mamak @ Devi's Bangsar... oh, BJ & friends drop by too
later in the night.. Jia Yaw was there too.. right after his Lawyer Convention...

what a weekend !!
i guess, i wouldn't not have such a weekend before?
I joined the Mix.fm SUBARU Palm Challenge...
as I've it in my Facebook status and also in MSN...
many had question me, what did I do in the palm challenge ?
Did i slap someone non-stop ?
big NO NO
what I did was, have my RIGHT palm on a latest SUBARU car.
the day before, or rather hours before the challenge registration starts, I packed my stuff & went to karlye's hours to sleepover.
as usual, she sleeps in her cocoon
i wanted to wake up @ 6:00am & be there early for the registration.
*kiasu-ness in my believe, there will be a long Queue outside Pavilion*
instead when I woke up & saw my watch it's already 7:00am.
so cepat-cepat wash-up & bath
wake karlye up & started our journey to KL
when we arrived, there wasn't much people
karlye's registration # was 27 & mine 28
we then jump into a bus & headed to Petaling Street for BREAKFAST
(as per karlye's request)
anyway, it had been long I had proper chinese breakfast feel in a market...
since I'm up so early, why not ?
after makan, we do not know which bus to ambil balik to BB area.
we asked around
saw the bus had just left
we continue walking
ended up we walk back to BB
it was a nice warm-up walk before the challenge
about 40 minutes later, we arrived back in Pavilion
to draw balls
the organisers had actually planned 300 or more would want to register for this challenge
from 300, all participants would have to lucky draw ping pong balls from a huge box.
WHITE = you are OUT
BLUE = you are IN
~ provided you answer your question correctly
my Question was: Which other 4 countries are also competing for this SUBARU palm challenge?
= Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand and Singapore
and I got a BLUE ball with my NUMBER 16 on it!!
an hour later we need to get back to the stage area for the briefing before we start our PALM CHALLENGE in PAVILION, KL ~ Bukit Bintang Entrance
so happy me, karlye & my friend ( who just heard about this challege the day before while we were lunch-ing) got to managed ourself into palm-ing onto the car
so happily like a kid, waiting for her ice-cream...
but this time... we must stay under sun & rain
at 1:00pm the sun was blazing hot
all were hopping for rain & clouds
as i was number 16, besides me was 15 & 17, they were both students & they were having exams very soon...
haha... that's how crazy Youths nowaday....
but all I had in my mind was to challege the other 59 people palm-ing this car...
all i want is just to get myself into the top 10
i need to leave this country...
im getting bored
and i cannot afford a trip to leave Malaysia
so that was my aim...
i must be the last 10....
MUST
in between our time under the hot sun & sky, we've small challenges to do
eg:
1. holding a 500ml bottle of water to trim our biceps & triceps
2. sucking lime ~ everyone enjoyed it
3. eating banana with one hand (without skin)
4. blowing off a stick-on on our forehead ~ easily done for the girls (esp oily face)
5. sushi with loads of wasabi ~ love it: the amount was almost the same as how I usually eat
6. 2 raw eggs ~ love it: i always eat 40% cooked egg ~
7. standing on ONE feet for 15 minutes ~ THIS is the most challenging one, as I am heavy & putting all my weight on one feet is like Killing me slowly: my whole of left FOOT was NUMB for almost 15 minutes
8. balancing a FHM mag on our head for 1 minute
9. holding a 1.5Litre of mineral water on our LEFT hand & have it straight HIGH.... elbow must now bend
* i think, that was easy as I was trying to use my left hand*
- been using too much energy on RIGHT dah...
all those small challenges was happening during our 7 hours of palm-ing with a SUBARU
we had a 10 minutes break after 6 hours
- it was a nice break for me
- i skip toilet, as I feel, I do not had an urged to go toilet & i would need to rest my right palm than anything else...
i was advice to go straight to the hospitality tent
= we were served, bananas, muffins, sausage bread, 100+, mineral water
i grab some food & sitted
i told the medic i need ice for my right palm + it was nice... to put preasurre on it...
another medic asked if I want a massage? it was not that nice compare to Valerie's but better than none...
after about 8 minutes I gave my ice to Melissa who juz had her food & water...
headed back to my number 16 spot before the start time..
clean my palm spot, as it was dirty from my sweat & dirt... (6 hours)
dry my palm & place back my right palm on it...
now dry & clean, it was nice again to place it there...
there were 12 of us at this time
one guy got kick out cause his whole palm were out of position
while walking out
his legs were weak and he was limping out with help
6:45 was the last small challenge
as mention above, to carry the 1.5Litre mineral water straight up in the air with left hand
- it was not a big fuzz for me
but not to the girl on my right #18, she was having a hard time there
her elbow were bend
and the big Mix.fm guy turn his head & saw her bend-ed elbow, terus blow whislt and eliminated her out... (auwch)
and the LAST 10 of us manage to get ourself a place for the Finals in Singapore !!!
only me and Melissa were the 2 girls out of the 10...
wah!!! Singapore here I come...
i would say,
the sun did not kill me... as I am an outdoor person,
my feet aren't killing me as well, as I was in my hole-ed Crocs... *claps to Crocs*
when it was finished, we went up stage for our proud photo moments!!!
my legs were numb little and almost trip... lol...
but after done, with interview with Subaru... and being brief about Finals.. in SG...
we can leave...
i went straight to my car & drove to Amy's house for Raleigh Comm Meet...
i was welcome-ed to the meeting... they were already halfway though...
bagus i applied leave to be not available for meeting from boss, but i still managed to make it the last few hours..
after all day out in the sun (literally) we went for mamak, but bought KL style Chee Cheong Fun... and ate there..
it was cheap (rm2.30)
- althought my kurang manis teh ais became sugar-less
i had a great day...
SUNDAY
i hibernated the whole day in bed...
right arm were still a bit stiff..
now able to type smoothly...
legs are just little tired...
compared to a full marathon run for 6 hours... ;)
whewww... Singapore here I come...
will be Flying in on 6 - 12 November 2008
food, accomodation & transportation are provided...
what else more??
oh, the last Malaysian standing in SG will win SG$ 5 000 and ofcourse last person standing will win a SUBARU !!!
worth RM180 K
what am I aiming for???
leaving the country.. hahaha...
oh. did i mention last year's record was 76 hours palm-ing on a SUBARU ?
and it was a women...
wish me all the best !!!
* sorry no pics, coz hands & feet to tired to snap one*
and I had no helper during my 5 minutes break... coz she went to attend Comm Meet in time...
so tarak gambar...
will hope to snap some in Singapore tho... ;)

samsung INOVAT8 RUN
I juz found out through FACEBOOK that Samsung having an Adventure Treasure Hunt Run...
i have always dreamt of getting myself in a car treasure hunt...
but chances always don't come in the right time... *sadly*
this time round... i found it.. yes... i found it... hopefully I would still be able to make it tho... while i was Facebook-ing from Group to Group, I found someone posted up about this contest... therefore.. I am gonna give it a Hit!!!
I've always love map reading & driving around...
it had always been a leisure to drive around Malaysia & explore roads & places which I had never been before...
and I believe through this event organised by Samsung, it would be my best opportunity to hunt for treasures in my home country...
Indeed, I have a blog(which i blog quite often lately), I own a car (although it is still in dept) and I have been craving for super long for such a race like this...
hopefully I will be considered & I get to entry this race...
*praying super hard*

2 policemen came to my house...... « ¤ p 0 o h ¤ »
THAT was my yesterday's MSN nick:
pertama...
-thank you to all my friends which did concern about me...
apa terjadi sebenarnya?
i was as usual, sitting in my corner, online...
as my corner is juz right next to my house door
i heard foot steps..
at this hour?? about 4:00pm on Saturday..
both my parents are at home
sis at work
we are not expecting any guess...
i turn around and saw 2 police officer walking towards my house ....
*my mind went black*
i was thinking hard... did i did something wrong?
speeding? ~ that was what i could think off... LOL...
- but i memang been ikuting the speed limit...
- should be tak mungkin... (this possibility)
I panggil my parents..
"Mi, yau char lou lei"
They tak dengar me @ first...
Not until I walk out and greed the police... huahahaha..
funny le..
ada police datang ke rumah cari....
*always see in TVB series, police knock on house doors,
but tak pernah saya experience*
*heart beats ... phop... phop phop... phop phop. phop phop*
What did my concern friends thought it was?
1. ISA?
2. I do drugs?
*lagi tanya aku
"what drugs u sell?"
"y never tell us one?"
"can pong chan u mar."
3. They come tangkap me?
"What did you do wrong?"
TIDAK KEPADA SEMUA !!!
ternyata...
they were asking for my dad...
ME: See, I really did say, 'Yau Chai Lou Lei'
Parents tak percaya me @ first
What is this big FUSS all about?
sampai ada police datang cari di rumah aku !!!!
When they mention my dad's name...
*phew, AKU tak langgar sesiapa*
it's my dad they are looking for..
and I can actually guess what it was all about!!!
months ago...
my dad tangkap 2 orang pencuri TANGGA
not with any SUPER canggih motorbike, but with his 'lau iea' market bike... LOL
how did it ALL happened ??
STORY 2!
my dad pass by a gated landed property in Penang Island, with his 'lau eia' motor
he saw 2 Malay guy climbing out from that house along with a LADDER
my dad shouted @ them
they fled off along with the LADDER
my dad tak cuba pun kejar them with his market motor
so he thought,
lepas je lah...
apa boleh buat...
my dad moves on few streets later
my dad recognise the LADDER was just infront of him
*yes, those thiefs still transporting the ladder*
on the other side my dad saw a POLICE on his bike
my DAD shouted to the POLICE, these 2 are thiefs
the rest...
POLICE officer did his job .... ;)
my DAD follow them to police station
smack with a SAMAN KEPADA SAKSI
as mention earlier this happened many months ago...
my DAD sudah pun pergi ke mahkamah sekali
and kes di tunggahkan
SAMA this time
SEND personally another Saman *change of date*
CASE sudah di POSTPONE
and these 2 police officers did mention
this CASE will take about 2 YEARS to settle
begitulah cerita nya...
so, AKU TAK ADA MENGENA DENGAN
ISA
tak speed
tak do drugs
tak do anything haram...
continue-ing my grape plucking days in Penang peacefuly
nitez...
*this long post actually reminds me of my previous post about my accident encounter with the Indians... *

complains, complains and more complains
What am I up to @ Penang ?
I did have some complaint(s) made to various people or rather various companies...
Firstly,
MILO.. yes our proud MALAYSIAN coco powder drinks...
I bought a pack of 2KG MILO from Cold Storage, Gurney Plaza, about 2 weeks ago.
After drinking it for a few times & confirmed it with my sis, It does taste NOT SWEET and the texture is not right, compared to the usual MILO i drank.
Therefore I took the packet up & called its Customer Service Numbers.
Did a complain to them & an appointment was made to meet up to their respective agent in Penang.
But I'm still yet to hear from them yet.
STORY TWO
A visit to TESCO Penang.
As I did mention in my previous post. Penangites really do simply park their cars even in supposed given carparking lots. So I again, did a complain to TESCO. Not verbally (I think those stores people will not take things seriously), I write through their website. And today, I received a reply from them.
I did told them the pic (below) I took during the time 'I tak puas hati'.
So very happy with their customer service.
STORY NUMBER THREE
I bought a Wireless Router a week ago from Harvey Norman.
I asked them is it Pliug & Play? The guy told me, YES. All instructions are in it & it'll be very easy SETUP.
I went back tried, and tried & tried lagi, cuma dapat SETUP the wireless setting with A GIVEN NAME.
But, i cant dial-up my broadband when through it? If straight to the modem, boleh.
So I called up EZTECH for techninal support, LADY told me, TECHNITIANS busy, leave Number & they will call back.
OK.
I tak boleh tahan & I called Harvey Norman, their IT department told me to bring my ROUTER along with my BROADBAND username & password to their Outlet in QBay.
Next day, I bawa all mention stuff. Tapi they told me Technitians on-leave.
say i leave in shop & come back, when I hand over, they asked for my Laptop.
Which ofcourse I tak bawa.
So I 'luan' with the guy lar.
Bad service.
Tak suruh aku bawa tapi NAK aku bawa.
After they cant satisfy ALL my answers.
I decided to asked for a REFUND.
which the guy did not really wana give me back my $$$.
I insisted.
Later store manager came out with Refund Form.
HaHa.
Akhirnya my mom filled in form & i hopefully we can get back the Refund in her next month's creditCard statement.
oh I bought it for RM99.50 @ Harvey Norman.
Then i went check-out around Prangin Mall, it's selling for RM120.00 but with full Technical Support.
They even provide FREE service to set it up @ my house.
...Whow...
i actually regretted buying @ Harvey Norman; after checking out @ Prangin Mall that they provide such services.
now after the refund thing, NEXT, is to go get a Wireless Router @ Prangin... ;)
*happy smiley*
haihz... why i have so much to complaint ??

much more crafts will be for sales too...
eg: eraser handmade crafted stamp
Hahaha... check out my sales blog for more pictures update...
