samsung INNOVA8 RUN - part II

rise & shine @ 7:30am - slept 4:00am the day before - went for CK's surprise birthday & ended up yamchar with the rest

I was there just in time for the race
as stated, we were supposed to be there by 9:00am for registration

after i went to register myself, I was given a sticker number.
p0ohz mobile is car number 06.
so I am in team 06
after registration, we were divided into 2 TEAMS
My Team went upstairs to go for briefing for the day
Our marshal was Stella. she's great.
we were brief-ed about the Samsung Innov8 Run & the phone itself...
our manuals was not those usual ones you see in box, but it's almost live size (although black & white) printed on A4 papers.
yes, it was so easy to understand how to use those gadgets...
we need to learn them fast
that's the briefing master
i think he kinda syok sendiri...
it's 9:00am (freaking early for me)
wasn't really concentrating to his talk
it only got excited when I thought he was giving us clues..
mana tahu is cara to understand & solves those clues later
this is Samsung CEO or someone big shot ( i cant remember his name)
he was giving his speech
it's 1.5 pages with double spacing (haha)
if u notice the angle, i was sitting right next to him.. ;)

all of these are bloggers...
i meant participants lar, they selected all bloggers to participants...
then people macam aku akan blog about them... hmmm..
the race course was organise by Time Out Solutions.
i would say they are great, or rather more than great...
thi
s would be my hardest ever challenge...
anyway, I have another purpose...
i came here to learn too..
as i've a race to do for Raleigh International KL
these are the photographers, a string of them... do notice where the official photographer stands..
yes, right up there... nice spot huhh..

above are my group members, a snap before we headed off... *curied*

a snap of the unit we were given... *curied*
each team is given DUA, one with SIM card & another registered with GPS
yes, this baby have got GPS...
and not just that...
it's camera has have got 8.0 MP
you can blow your snap pic into your wall size poster
after some reseach, there's actually other brands which has got 8.0 MP too...
*i shall not reveal here as they did not sponsor me for a Treasure Hunt not give me a unit of their gadget*
but this model is still the preferred choice...
as you can see, it slips right into your pocket fitly
the keypads slide out below

functions: u can even edit videos directly with it
u can insert audio clips into your edit videos

you will never get lost...
*but you will need to pump in more petrol as using GPS in Malaysia aren't 100% fool proof*
they aren't used to our illegal u-turns & etc.
i went another 1KM more just to get to a round-a-bout to do my u-turn... *=.=;
the GPS software tells you there are speed trap when you are in that area
but do not tell you the current traffic condition - *we need this more*
as we spend hours on the roads coz of traffic... cis..

above is one of the crazy thing we did... while others were scary-ing their butt off to do flying fox...
right after our turn with flying fox, we need to head back to start-point, as we need solve a puzzle..
haha... i took less than 90 secs. *thanks to Petrosains*
oh, back to the floor...
while running back, we notice people upthere snapping pictures of us.. and we saw our marshal, Stella..
Jason says sleep down..
without any Qs, we all did what he said.. haha...
oh, there was a truck on our left... i think he was waiting for us to wake-up ;)

foreign tourist might thought we were gila-gila...
apa Malaysians ini buat ??

indeed it was a long day...
just read the route above !!!
we went to all those places ...

by the time i reached the END POINT !!!
i was too tired out to enjoy dinner.
i think the food was OK kua...
i juz grap whatever they still had on tray & had a serving only.. *it was buffet*

later joined karlye & Kian Foh for mamak @ Devi's Bangsar... oh, BJ & friends drop by too
later in the night.. Jia Yaw was there too.. right after his Lawyer Convention...
