... does your family consume a day? this is how much we bought... in a day... sekali lapfor... - itu lah kehebatan Avanza.... - bagus untuk beli banyak beras...
not for self consumption lar... i think my mom bought them for her church donation...
freaking 15KG of weight in my rucksack - 7 liter of water = 7KG - 1 sleeping bag - 1 set of dry clothes - 1 jacket - few packets of dried snacks - 5 packet of PENANG HARMEE - 1 personal 1st aid kit - 3 big bin plastic bags (1 human can fit int) = 1 with cutted holes for head & 2 arms (coz i do not have any wind-breaker & i have no budget to get 1 yet, so this is the cheapest way, waterproof lagi) - 1 gore-tex cap with neck protection (very good, as its cold weather up there-protect from rain & cold wind)
i think that's all..
but amazingly i managed to finished the DOWN-UP-DOWN-UP trek in 4.5 hours.... (1 way) i could not believe i made in with 15kg loaded behind me... another 4.5 hours DOWN-UP-DOWN-UP trek to get back to beginning of trail...
Gunung Brinchang getting to Gunung Irau - trail was super muddy, nice place for commando course with the amount of mud... i salah kaki into 1 of the pit & i masuk til almost knee. - windy & breezy, very nice - i suka - nice environment - i trek almost alone on the way back.. tak payah takut u will sesat... coz i found my way out.. (the cepats: too fast, i tak boleh ikut & i was using too much brain cells to think which how to get downhill) (the kuras: im not sure if im in the kuras this time coz amazingly i can actually hike faster than i expected i usually do, lagi with the weight i have in my bag)
final outcome: - i gain lots of bruises on my lower legs, atleast 10 blue-black - muds are still stuck in my toe & finger nails - there are still muds on my lower leg skins... how can i remove them ar??? i've scrub them intensively but they are still on skin.... how?? = maybe i can try medi & pedicure or go Dr Fish ?? hmm.. i think they're gonna extra charge me.. - conquered ONE more MOUNTAIN... not that i've conquered many in my life... = but i've tried Mount K & Mount Bromo - both super nice & super cold...
why i could possible do so?? - 3 hours of intensive training in 1Utama (running around, 50 sit-ups, 50 push-ups) - walking/trekking for 35 minutes into Templers Park waterfall with 6liter of water in my rucksak - short jogs around my condo (very short-too lazy & many mossy) - my Deuter 50 + 10liter bag... super keng.. if without it, i would not have make it to the top with the weight i need to carry up...
that's all for now.. will post up some pics after i curi from FB... lol... :D
